DC Universe Online beta improves the grouping

There hasn't been much in the way of DCUO Beta patches lately but early in the month some basic MMO grouping functions were made available. That still doesn't change the fact that the game is very unwieldy to those that are NOT used to console fighters. Remember this game is not a true MMO in the sense of Champions Online, more like a superhero fighting game.

Recent November 11th patch notes had this to add to the grouping function in game:

Improved Grouping:

• Grab a friend and play! Players can now enter any instance containing a group member.


• Players are now notified before being kicked from a group instance so they can form another group.


• Group members clear properly when switching between District and City maps.

Players can now form 8 member groups for raids! Take on the most challenging content in DCUO!
